The Ibiza clubs have a maximum capacity which varies from one to another and some of the most wanted tickets are sold out a few weeks (sometimes months) before the event. As an official ticket seller, if more allocation is released we will add these tickets online at Clubtickets and you’ll be the first to know. Also, you will be able to get “last minute” tickets in our Ibiza Outlet Network once you land on the island. Our card payment system only supports cards that have 3D Secure Payments approved, which means double authentication by the customer. This double authentication is a benefit for the buyer as it eliminates fraud and allows only the cardholder to make secure online purchases. This additional validation depends on each bank. Some ask you to validate the transaction from your bank's mobile application, others send you an SMS to the cell phone linked to the card and, sometimes, each customer has a personal code to authorize online payments.
If you have not authorized the purchase with the 3DS (previous question) and the confirmation screen from your bank does not load, probably, your internet connection is very slow and the session has expired. Try again from another device. If the error occurs after you have validated the payment and our purchase confirmation did not appear, please check if your bank has charged you. If so, please contact us at help@clubtickets.com providing a screenshot of the charge and we will review the status of your purchase.
It is increasingly common for online payments to require 3DS double authentication, so most banks set up their cards with this secure system by default.
If you don't have it set up yet, contact your bank and they will help you to activate it.

If the ticket holder name is incorrect or the buyer is unable to attend the event, contact us at help@clubtickets.com and we will do our best to change the name.
However, if the same name appears in all tickets, don't worry. This is correct if that person is attending the party. If not, contact us and we will change the name to that of one of the attendees.
You must be 18 years or older to enter any club. A few events allow under age accompanied by their parents to join, in that case, this information will be clear in the checkout.
Each venue has its own admission requirements and dress code. We recommend you check them before attending the event. In general, backpacks, professional photo &video cameras are not allowed in most of the venues. Also some events have specific entry requirements. For instance, you will not be allowed to get in some clubs wearing flip flops, sport or swimming clothes.
In general, you will not be allowed to take any food or drink inside the venue.
No, tickets in Ibiza are one entry only. If you leave the venue, you will have to pay another ticket to get in again.
