The ex deejay of the Swedish House Mafia will offer few performances this summer in June and September. The venue will be Cream at Amnesia. He is also one of the presenters and deejays of IMS. Steve Angello (22 November 1982) is a disc jockey, record producer and record label owner.

Angello was born to a Greek father and Swedish mother in Athens, Greece. Raised in Stockholm, Sweden, Angello began his musical and particularly dj-ing foray at 12 years of age.

He started out as a DJ, fusing hip-hop, breakbeats and 1970's classics. By his late teens, Angello began getting into electronic music. Angello discovered House music through the club scene in Stockholm together with his best friend Sebastian Ingrosso.

Angello's claim to fame came when he released his remix of Eurythmics 'Sweet Dreams' in late 2004. Since then, he has established himself in the house music scene with such signature Beatport tracks as 'KNAS', 'Rave n' Roll' and 'Yeah'. He also accompanied his size edits for Junior Sanchez and Tim Mason, and made notable remix of the Robin S. track, 'Show Me Love'.

He has produced with Eric Prydz under the name A&P Project. Also, he has created a track with his friend Axwell.

He also owns his own record label, Size Records, which houses many artists including Tim Mason, Qulinez, Third Party, Junior Sanchez, AN21 & Max Vangeli and supports releases by Tommy Trash, Arno Cost, Marcus Schossow, Moguai, Ivan Gough, Henrix, and Wayne & Woods.

Angello's brother, Antoine Josefsson, is also a DJ and producer who goes by the name of AN21. Together they have released the tracks 'Valodja', 'Flonko' & 'Swing N Swoosh'.

He was at the #23 position in the ranking of the DJMag top 100 in 2011 and #57 in 2012. In Ibiza, he was nominated for ‘Electro House’ at DJ Awards 2013 but finally was Hardwell who won the prize. Steve Angello was named ‘Best Progressive House/Electro DJ’ at the International Dance Music Awards last March in Miami but also Hardwell win.

Angello said in a reality, SizeTV, that he had lost hearing in one ear and therefore not using headphones to mix, and continued saying that if the player sets the tempo of the two tracks can square them quietly without using headphones and that just about knowing that you'll be mixing the tracks.
