Chris Liebing

Chris Liebing is a German DJ, producer, and techno pioneer born on December 11, 1968, in Giessen, Germany. Known for his influence in electronic music, he is the founder of the record label CLR (Create Learn Realize), a key platform in shaping the global techno scene.

His career took off in the 1990s as a resident at Frankfurt's "Omen" club. Since then, he has released acclaimed albums such as Evolution (2012) and Burn Slow (2018), the latter through the renowned Mute Records, marking a new artistic direction with a more ambient and melodic approach.

In addition to his solo work, Liebing is celebrated for collaborations with prominent artists like Speedy J and for his dynamic sets blending industrial and minimalist techno elements. His podcast and radio shows have significantly influenced contemporary techno dissemination.
